Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our puppies! We take the placement of all our puppies very seriously and as such, our application is very thorough. Please review all questions very carefully and answer to the best of your ability and honestly.

Do you currently have a trusted veterinarian?
Have you ever returned a pet to a breeder?
Have you ever surrendered or given a pet away?
Do you rent or own your current home?
What type of dwelling is your home?
Does your home have a yard?
Do yo have a preference to the sex of the dog?
Where will the dog live primarily?
Will someone be home throughout the day? This includes for house training, feeding, and execising the puppy.
How many hours a day will the puppy be left alone?
Have you ever house trained a dog?
How will your puppy be trained?
